RAC has grown - as a result of several years spent in recovering stolen vehicles on behalf of major corporations - to a multifaceted risk management operation. Small enough to understand the needs of its clients but dynamic enough to harness up to date information on the evolving nature of risk management. The skills learned and developed over the last 7 years have enabled RAC to tailor their skills and knowledge for inclusion in the Xperiential training programs provided.

Research has determined that recent statistics do not begin to convey the enormity of what has become a "national past time". The effect that this is having on business activities and the lives of those involved, be they driver, passenger or other parties with vested interests, is disastrous.

The sad consequences of such are therefore measured not only in terms of financial losses but also the traumatic effects, both physical and emotional, which drain victims and institutions.

Socially responsible companies therefore recognize the need to better equip their staff to handle such situations. Initiating such training equips participants with skills related to the following:

  • Defensive driving and the role such plays in prevention of Hijacking
  • Driving disciplines which have a direct impact on cost reduction
  • How to manage real or potential problems whilst driving.
  • Practical and user friendly security precautions needed for Urban Survival.
  • Training in the "art" of survival if confronted by "trigger happy" hijackers.
