__________ Training That Works For Life __________

You’re on a quiet road with darkness fast approaching , in strange area , stopped at an intersection , a car is following you, it bumps you from behind. What are you going to do? Get out and confront the driver ? Hit the horn? Accelerate and make a quick getaway ? Make a phone call?

Filling in a multiple-choice question on a written exam, a "lecture" or watching a Video won’t ready your employees for this scenario. Proper preparation requires being put in the situation and taught the necessary reaction skills. At RAC our multi-model instructional program arms your employees with both classroom know-how and real-life driving experience.

__________ The Right Course For You __________

At RAC, we conduct a wide range of XPERIENTIAL driving courses to meet the special needs of various organizations.  We will customize a program specifically for your employees, whether they drive a personal vehicle or service vehicle on the job.   And, to keep lost work-time down to a minimum, we bring our training to you conducting our course at a location that's convenient for you and your employees.   Though our training is demanding, it is also non-competitive and student-friendly, which simply means the experience is both beneficial and enjoyable

After analyzing hundreds of hijack reports and interviewed many victims, RAC developed a unique multi-model Xperiential driving course utilizing what we call the "Probability Method". Simply stated, this method is based on the theory that if you place yourself and/or your vehicle in situation "X", the result will be "Y". If the driver’s thought process is careless and vehicle placement is dangerous, the result will be negative. If the driver is highly aware and well trained to drive defensively, the result will be positive. The defensive driving techniques, thought processes, and exercises developed for this course are based on this premise.

... the intended outcome being a natural driving style that is confident, safe, smooth, progressive and unobtrusive.
